Role Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Act as a Company Ambassador with customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining a professional and trustworthy approach.
Organize and attend in-person customer meetings daily to build strong relationships and trust.
Carry out courtesy calls to clients to nurture ongoing relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Execution
Identify client marketing goals and objectives, promoting subscription products and campaign solutions on Yellow.com.mt and through third-party providers.
Provide tailored solutions and deliver sales orders, estimates, and repayment plans in line with company policies.
Follow the sales process diligently to deliver a seamless and professional customer experience.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, closing quotas, and KPIs as set by the company.
Continuously identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing solutions to existing clients.
Customer Lifecycle Management
Serve as the client’s sole point of contact, ensuring their needs are addressed from the initial sale through to post-sale support.
Collect digital material required for order fulfilment and assist in managing client deliverables efficiently.
Collect outstanding payments from customers within designated timeframes to maintain cash flow integrity.
CRM and Data Management
Accurately manage and update customer data, sales interactions, and orders in the company’s CRM system.
Ensure all client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups are properly documented and actioned.
Feedback and Reporting
Provide daily performance updates to the line manager, highlighting achievements and any issues encountered.
Participate in weekly sales meetings to report on progress, share challenges, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Relay future buying trends and market insights to the company to inform strategic decision-making.
Complaint Resolution
Document and escalate client complaints through appropriate channels, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Work with the Sales Manager to identify solutions for challenges encountered with clients.
Training and Development
Attend company training programs as required to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Continuously develop skills and share best practices with colleagues to enhance team performance.
Quality Assurance
Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures to maintain the quality and efficiency of the sales process.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and report recommendations to the Sales Manager.
