Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand
awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. - Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted marketing
campaigns that support business objectives. - Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to
refine marketing strategies. - Track and measure marketing performance using key metrics (ROI, customer
acquisition cost, conversion rates) and adjust campaigns accordingly. - Identify and develop new marketing channels to enhance brand positioning
and business expansion.
Customer Value Creation
- Develop customer-centric marketing campaigns that enhance engagement,
loyalty, and retention. - Work on content marketing strategies that provide educational, informative,

- Champion the company’s values and vision through internal and external marketing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in digital media, advertising
Strong strategic planning, brand management, and digital marketing expertise.
Proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Experience with SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and CRM platforms.
